1. The HELLO5 promo code is exclusively available to registered JOMhotel.com members.
2. Each member is entitled to one (1) HELLO5 redemption only.
3. The promotion is valid for same-day bookings only, where the booking is made and check-in takes place on the same day.
4. The promotion is applicable to 1-night bookings only.
5. The HELLO5 promo code must be entered during the booking process. The RM5 discount cannot be applied after the booking has been confirmed.
6. The HELLO5 promo code cannot be combined with other promo codes or discounts, unless otherwise stated.
7. JOMhotel.com reserves the right to reject any redemption deemed invalid or in violation of these Terms & Conditions.
8. JOMhotel.com reserves the right to change, suspend, or end the promotion at any time without prior notice.
